I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEE going to Chloe Regan Cosmetic Clinic. Chloe & the girls go above & beyond when I've asked what they would recommended & what would work best for aging skin. They are so professional & I am totally loving the results & feel so alive & young again. They also have THE most loveliest receptionist that I have ever come across, who is so knowledgeable with treatment & if you ever have any concerns or anything, Sue is only a text away & will help you with many questions you have! I've have now been coming to the clinic for just over a year & I am so grateful to have found them that I'd wish to God that I'd found these gorgeous gals earlier, But as they say better late than never! I have been going to Chloe’s for about five years now. I went originally for eyebrow and eyeliner cosmetic tattoos because she is so highly rated and her before and after pictures showed the look I was after. Once I got to know her and her staff I started to go for face and body treatments. Chloe invests in high quality equipment that yields real results. All her staff are well trained and now that James is working from Chloe’s premises providing injectables it’s a one stop shop for effective treatments.

So happy with the cosmetic tattooing I received recently from Chloe Regan. I had my eyeliner and eyebrows done. So painless and very professional. The end result of my eyeliner is fabulous - exactly what I wanted. Eyebrows are great too. They are a redo from a previous microblading with a different tattooist now transformed to beautiful powder effect brows. So much more natural and again almost painless procedure. I couldn't recommend Chloe more highly. She is a talented artist who works magic. I am a 65 yo woman and these treatments are confidence boosting and well worthwhile at any age. I wish I'd have found Chloe and her team 10 years ago. I'm now 53 and beginning to have skin laxity along my jawline, lines on my face are deeper and neck has both. I'd just spent $5000 in Brisbane getting Mint lifting threads for face and fillers, with disappointing results. The $600 I spent with Chloe was highly effective, with obvious antiaging results, I'm thrilled and stunned! You can bet I'm going back for more!! I can not recommend these ladies enough and would leave more stars if I could!
All of these ladies are soo warm and friendly and always make you feel like you are a valued client (which can be rare these days). Shakira and Zara are so wonderful and really great at what they do so they definitely deserve a mention also, but over the last year I have been primarily seeing Chloe and Jade and I am very thankful I found them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are always answering my questions and offer advice and really care about their clients and providing exceptional service. Nothing is ever a problem and always go out of their way to accommodate me if we have to reschedule etc, but on top of this, they are just really lovely ladies and every visit is such a positive experience.
I can not speak highly enough of Chloe and her team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for that extra attention to detail and personal care, you will never be disappointed, personally I will not go anywhere else now that I have found these amazing ladies.

Today I had my eyebrows tattooed by Chloe! The decision to have my brows done was made cautiously and I made sure I researched and chose someone based on reviews and photos and experience. Now even though you feel you’ve made the right choice it’s still very daunting to have brows tattooed when you have never really had brows that stood out. When I stepped into Chloes treatment room I instantly felt a calm come over me and I knew that I had made the best choice. Chloe is caring and professional and focused whilst being friendly and finding out exactly what you are wanting your brows to look like. I put all my trust in her and asked her what her recommendations were for my brows and the colour and shape she recommended could not have been more perfect. The whole process from deciding on those things to the actual tattooing and making sure I was comfortable with the pain ( which was always bearable ) could not have been more professional whilst being made feel confident that the end result was going to be perfect. The time Chloe put in to make sure the end result was nothing short of perfection made me extremely happy I had chosen her to do my brows. I could not be happier with the end result and I have to admit I cried when I saw the magic Chloe had performed on this not so magical face of mine Chloe you have made me extremely happy and I thank you ! I wake up, look in the mirror and say "Thank you so much Chloe" every day! I really love what Chloe has done for me... I wish I'd had it done so much sooner.

I had been contemplating getting my eyebrows done for over 2 years, but was very hesitant given the range of results I'd seen on so many people... some not so good. I also didn't want to end up with fake looking brows. After researching various options over the 2 year period, I was so fortunate to discover Chloe... and even more delighted that she was right in my own back yard!

As so many other reviewers have said, Chloe is the real deal... she is genuinely caring, interested and dedicated to what is best for her clients. She listens patiently and offers advice and solutions with certainty yet sincerity.

I found Chloe to be a highly skilled therapist and very talented artist. Combined with her level of care and attention to detail, Chloe creates an incredible result.

Chloe's clinic is relaxed, welcoming and very clean. Her team are also extremely friendly and genuinely interested in you.. making the whole experience so much easier.

Never having had a tattoo, I was concerned about the potential pain. While I did feel some discomfort, it wasn't too bad at all and was NOTHING like I had expected based on a close friend having had an extremely painful cosmetic brow experience elsewhere. Chloe kept checking on my comfort level and made sure I was ok.

Again, as so many others have mentioned, I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough. If you are contemplating Cosmetic Brow Tattooing, do yourself a favour and have a consultation with Chloe... I'm quite sure you will be delighted.

Chloe is an amazing technician who has literally changed my skin for the better with facials, peels and supporting products. In the past I have used chemist brand products and did not look after my skin. Her advice on how to care for my skin and the treatments she has provided me with have been invaluable. Would maybe go a wee bit thicker and darker next time but do really love how it turned out. As a Beautician myself I want only the very best for myself.

However that hasn’t always been the case. I have had my fair share of misdemeanours in my life. Some terrible experiences as a matter of fact.

Until I met Chloe.

Chloe is highly recommended as she’s been in the industry for a very long time (16 years). She’s an extremely well educated therapist that will go over and beyond to do her very best, and look after you.

I know I’m in the safest of hands. She cares about her clients & their best interests are taken to heart 💓

Please, do your homework.
Don’t jump into permanent tattooing before you’ve had a consultation with Chloe.
I should know as she has tattoo my lips beautifully but also she’s taken me under her wing, and is helping me with my horrible brows.

I have had a terrible time and I only wish I had seen Chloe a long time ago.
I went into the wrong doors. The last therapist left me out to dry with bright orange brows.

I've been seeing Chloe for about 8 months. The first most impressive thing is her committment to my skin and her passion for really creating better skin, and muscle tone. Sessions with Chole are relaxed and feel beautifully indulgent.

You see quickly, she is not "money focused" or attempting to trap you into buying more "add ONs" as there are no add ons. Her prices reflect full face and neck unlike various chain beauty service companies.
The results I have obtained from her treatments: HIFU and Alpha Shape Face and Neck have been outstanding. She has restored my jaw line, when it was looking like I needed a face lift. She has saved me the money, the time and full on surgery.

And there is no down time these treatments. Her work is the best I have ever encountered, and I have had services world over. I recommend her and her work highly. I never expected to look this good at 65 without expensive surgery. Thank you Chloe.

After much research and careful consideration of all the cosmetic tattooists on the Coast, I chose to see Chloe Regan. I made the right decision!! Chloe is a lovely, lovely lady who is so down to earth and incredibly easy to talk to. Chloe listens to my ideas and offers experienced advice to make this experience so easy and rewarding.
Today Chloe touched up my upper and lower eyeliner and full lips (6 week touch up) and I can tell you the results are WOW! Amazing! I didn’t realise how much younger I would look. I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror (hehe!).
Chloe is very skilled and she is a perfectionist- that’s good because who wants less than perfect facial tattoos right?

Chloe is the most down to earth person yet still maintains her professionalism. Very easy to get along with and feel comfortable with quickly.
