1. Consider the training

Has the tattooist had extensive training or just completed a few days course?

Do they have a certificate of attainment or a full Qualification?

 

Chloe has completed an extensive 10 month training course provided by renowned award winner Tina Hammond learning all the advanced tattooing techniques for eyebrows, eyeliner and lips current available. Chloe holds a full Cosmetic Tattooist Qualification.

2. Look at the Tattooist’s portfolio of previously completed work and make sure it is also their actual tattoo work.

3. Is the Tattoo Artist compliant with local and state laws?

Do they hold a current Skin Penetration Licence?

Does your Artist have the appropriate insurance cover?

The standard for Queensland is that all Cosmetic Tattooist must hold a current skin penetration license and have completed the relevant units in infection control.

 

Chloe Holds a skin penetration Licence issued by the Sunshine Coast Council QLD and holds a certificate in infection control. She also has the appropriate insurance cover to practise cosmetic tattooing.

 

 

4. It is great to have a consultation.

This is an opportunity to gauge if your choosing the best eyebrow tattoo artist for you and to make sure the room where they perform the treatments is up to your standards and also health and safety standards.
